More than Half of Small Businesses Plan to Hire New Employees in 2022, New Study Finds
WASHINGTON, April 13, 2022 /PRNewswire: “The Manifest, a Washington DC-based business resource platform, surveyed 1,003 small business owners and managers and found that 55% of small businesses are planning to add more employees to their team in 2022. Social media platforms such as LinkedIn are playing a huge role in helping small businesses (60%) find credible candidates. However, a clear majority of the owners and managers (83%) admitted that they’re having difficulties with their recruitment and sourcing efforts.”
