Federal contractors get broad flexibility to enforce Covid vaccine rules for millions of workers
Under the new guidance, federal contractors from IBM to Boeing will have flexibility to determine how they enforce the vaccination requirements for workers who refuse to be vaccinated. Federal contractors including airlines like Southwest, American and aerospace giant Boeing have said employees must be vaccinated by the Dec. 8 deadline or apply for an exemption.
